This Lumos Tablet keeps showing up on my Facebook feed and the discounts genuinely make me curious. I’ve been thinking about getting a tablet I can use for editing Canva images and writing articles while out and about… so let’s see if this one fits the bill.

The Lumos Tablet comes with a 10.1-inch IPS display, 4K support resolution, 8GB of RAM, and a 6000mAh battery rated for up to 8 hours of runtime.
For writing and light Canva work, that screen size and RAM should be enough to feel responsive without lag, especially for someone who mostly needs a bigger canvas than a phone.
It’s priced at ₱6,999, or ₱8,499 for the bundle which includes a Bluetooth keyboard, Bluetooth mouse, stylus pen, and case cover.
That bundle is basically what turns this from “tablet” into “mini laptop”… and for someone writing articles on the go, a physical keyboard makes a real difference over typing on glass.
It comes preloaded with apps like WPS Office for documents, plus built-in entertainment and TV box apps, and supports screen sharing to a Smart TV over Wi-Fi. So… yey! I get to work or play wherever I end up.
It carries a full 1-year local warranty, and even though Lumos is a Singaporean brand, they have responsive local support in the Philippines reachable through email or Facebook Messenger.
For Canva editing specifically… 8GB RAM and a 10.1-inch 4K-capable display should handle it reasonably well for basic to moderate design work.

I don’t think it’s going to replace a proper laptop for heavy editing, but for someone who wants something light, portable, and budget-friendly to write and design on the go… at under ₱7,000, the value is hard to ignore.
Methinks this might be worth grabbing the bundle if the discount holds.
